BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this ‘Casino’ promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The LadBucks promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 30.05.2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).
2. LadBucks collected during each calendar month will expire on the 15^th of the following month (23:59 UK Time).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR LADBUCKS

3. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the "Website") who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years of age; and
3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

WHAT IS A LADBUCK

5. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”).

HOW TO COLLECT LADBUCKS

6. Eligible players can earn a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10,000 LadBucks by participating in the following promotions:

1. Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Instant Spins;
2. The number of LadBucks collected will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player wins. LadBucks will be credited automatically to their LadBucks Balance.

1. Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Slot Contests.
2. Eligible Players can access the details of each Contest prize split by clicking on the ‘i’ icon, located within the Contests Card.
3. At the end of each Slot Contest, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Contest will be detailed within the ‘I’ in each Contest Card in the Contests Lobby.

1. Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Game Show Contests.
2. Eligible Players can access the details of each Contest prize split by clicking on the ‘i’ icon, located within the Contests Card.
3. At the end of each Game Show Contest, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Contest will be detailed within the ‘I’ in each Contest Card in the Contests Lobby.
4. LadBucks Arcade (full Terms & Conditions can be found HERE)
1. Eligible Players can play in the LadBucks Arcade for the chance to increase their LadBucks balance.
2. Each spin of the Arcade games will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 200 LadBucks, which will be deducted from their LadBucks balance.
3. Eligible Players can choose how many LadBucks they wish to wager within the Arcade.
4. Potential winnings from the play within the games within the Arcade is the same ratio as to that of a real money spin.
5. All winnings in the Arcade will be in LadBucks.
5. LadBucks can also be collected by participating in other Promotions, as specified in the relevant Promotional Terms and Conditions.

7. Eligible Players who have participated in a Slot Contest or a Game Show Contest will receive an inbox message at the end giving full details of their prize. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details and value of the credited prize on either the ‘Offers’ page, or the LadBucks Store, in the ‘Transactions’ section.
8. LadBucks will be credited automatically to the Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance on completion of the Slot or Game Show Contest.
9. LadBucks will be credited automatically to the Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance on completion of the Contest as per leaderboard prizes displayed on the CONTESTS HUB.
10. There is no cash alternative to LadBucks.
11. There is no limit to the number of LadBucks an Eligible Player can collect during the Promotional Period.
12. LadBucks collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 15th day of the following month (eg. LadBucks collected during the month June will expire on 15th July (23:59 UK Time), LadBucks collected during the month of July will expire on 15th August (23:59 UK Time), etc.). Any unused LadBucks will be forfeited after the 15th day of the month following their collection.
13. An Eligible Player can redeem their LadBucks via the LadBucks Store at any time during the Promotional Period providing they have the balance required to redeem the relevant offer.
14. By redeeming LadBucks for an offer within the LadBucks Store an Eligible Player agrees to the specific Terms & Conditions of that offer. Full Terms & Conditions can be found in the LadBucks Store, within the section covering each available offer.
15. An Eligible Player can access the record of their LadBucks transactions via the LadBucks
16. An Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance will be displayed on their account next to their Cash Balance on Casino and within ‘My Account’ under ‘Promotions’ in Sports.
17. Once LadBucks have been redeemed for an offer, a record of this transaction will be logged within the transaction history in the LadBucks store and a player will not be able to amend the offer selection. FREE BET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

32. The Free Bet can be used on any sports.

34. The Free Bet cannot be exchanged for cash.
35. Stake not included in any winnings.

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

36. The value of the Cash Reward will be shown on the relevant offer tile, accessible within the LadBucks
37. The Cash Reward carries no wagering requirements and will be issued automatically to an Eligible Player’s account balance.
38. The minimum Cash Reward an Eligible Player can receive is £5.00.
39. The maximum Cash Reward an Eligible Players can receive is £50.00.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
44. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
45. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
